Literary Idioso

There's a hit eNovel, "Marx" by Janet Marie Mills, hosted by QuixtarBlog.com. Go check it out if you have a strange hankering for wasting your life. There are better pieces of trash that I still wouldn't recomend reading, but at least they're better. There are two key factors about this story that I really don't get. One of them is, I can't seem to figure out what MLM business Shiek Chic would closely resemble. It doesn't work like Quixtar. It doesn't work like Amway. Maybe it works lik Passport. I honestly can't tell. I do know that Janet wants it to represent Quixtar, her being a member of the prestiguous "Morons Against Quixtar." But her insatiable desire for it to be what it most certainly is not does not make it any less foolish.

The other thing I don't get is why QuixtarBlog published it. QuixtarBlog is a self-proclaimed Quixtar Blog. It bloggs Quixtar. Marx is not Quixtar nor does it have anything to do with Quixtar. So why would QuixtarBlog publish it? My guess is that QBlog figured it was the only literary piece close enough to resemble Quixtar, the most prominent MLM business in the USA. The story is still stupid, the writing is still vague and the eNovel is still a sermon under a crude mask of literary art. My advice to Janet is to stick with simply being an idiot, rather than blaspheming the name of literature just to push her silly ideology.

Now I did have a review set in mind, but seeing as how I'm thinking of turning this copious pile of crap into an award-winning broadway musical, I've instead decided to "publish" the work here so that you can see it first.

Boy-oh-boy is this going to be fun.
